We will meet at Ken Thompson Park and your equipment will be ready and waiting for you to begin your adventure. We provide a quick overview of the area and needed safety equipment before you set off to explore on your own. In our experience, two hours is plenty of time to explore the area and find wildlife.
This quiet bay is located right near downtown Sarasota and is home to beautiful grass flats and is a favorite spot for manatees and dolphins.
From the launch it is just a short paddle to find some amazing wildlife.
Dogs are allowed on the equipment at this location. If you chose to bring a pet, please bring a life jacket for them!

The highlight of the tour is paddling through the winding tunnels cut through the mangroves. Wildlife abounds on this paddle with mangrove crabs, interesting birds, fish, invertebrates, and even marine mammals. It is a great day on the water.
Paddle Siesta Key! Away from all the hustle and bustle of Siesta Key, is our favorite local beach, Turtle Beach.
From our launch, you can paddle down the intercoastal, around acres of mangrove islands. Take the kayaks and ashore at Midnight Pass and spend time exploring the beach. This is a great place to look for shells, take a dip in the ocean or just relax. With our rentals, you have plenty of time.
Turtle Beach is a great place to paddle! We start on the intercostal and paddle down a short canal to the Bay. We paddle around the mangrove islands of Jim Neville Marine Preserve and then through a few mangrove tunnels to a “secret” beach. This beach is only accessible by boat so we may have it to ourselves. Such a beautiful place for a quick swim or just stopping for a few moments to relax.
Paddleboard, Surf and Beach camp is all about fun! Classes are led by certified lifeguards. Lots of kids sign up for more than one week because it is just so much fun to paddleboard and surf with our coaches.
