Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour, rental, or any other service with SURFit USA. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About SURFit USA

SURFit USA is a water sports tour and rental company operating in Sarasota, FL, offering kayak tours, paddleboard rentals, surf lessons, and related outdoor activities. Our services are available at multiple locations including Lido Key and Siesta Key/Turtle Beach.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from SURFit USA via email. SURFit USA reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participant numbers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by activity and are displayed at the time of booking. In general:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If SURFit USA cancels an activity due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

5. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet any age, weight, or health requirements specified for their chosen activity. It is the responsibility of the participant to disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate. SURFit USA reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet safety requirements or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Safety and Liability

All outdoor water sports activities carry inherent risks. By booking with SURFit USA, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by SURFit USA staff. Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

SURFit USA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Weather and Environmental Conditions

SURFit USA monitors weather and water conditions closely. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify any activity at our discretion if conditions are deemed unsafe. Your safety is our top priority.

8. Personal Belongings

SURFit USA is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during our activities. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle.

9. Photography and Media

SURFit USA may take photographs or video during activities for use in marketing materials and on social media. By participating, you grant SURFit USA permission to use such images or footage. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify your guide before the activity begins.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and completing a booking with SURFit USA, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your reservation. This includes booking confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. 11. Website Use

All content on https://www.surfitusa.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SURFit USA and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but reserve the right to correct errors or update content at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
