Take your yoga practice to a new level

Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga is a great way to enhance your yoga practice. Instead of a mat, we use a board and the slightly unstable surface which works your musculature system in a different way than a regular practice. And, what could be more peaceful than doing your asanas while in the ocean completely surrounded by nature?

Our classes are held in shallow and calm water so you can focus on your poses rather than worrying about falling in. Our stand-up paddleboards are very stable. All of our instructors carry a paddleboard yoga certification.
